In close coordination with our SDRs, you will prospect and qualify new clients, move them through our sales process, and close deals. In this position, you are directly responsible for your own Sales pipeline and our revenue growth.

How you will make an impact
You handle inbound prospects and move them through the entire sales process from qualification to close.
You are responsible for achieving your individual & team metrics within our outbound and inbound efforts.
You ensure the quality of our outbound and inbound sales pipeline by monitoring and managing new prospects with state-of-the-art sales software like Salesloft, Salesforce, and many more.
Together with the entire Sales and Growth team, you find new & creative ways for successful lead generation.
You will be actively prospecting contacts and accounts to reach out to.
You will partner with Sales leadership to develop and maintain processes to create a scalable, repeatable framework to exceed our business goals.
You report directly to the CRO.

What you need to succeed
We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.
3+ years of relevant working experience in B2B Sales (experience in SaaS or Scale-Up companies not required, but a plus).
Desire to build and accelerate your career in Sales.
Absolute hands-on mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathetic, and are a great team player.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and German (other languages are not required, but a plus).
