To expand our Scanbot team, we are looking for an Intern Recruiting for a period of six months for our location in Bonn, starting in March. In this position, you will gain valuable practical experience in recruiting in direct cooperation with our recruiting and management team and actively contribute to the optimization of our HR tools.
You screen applications, establish initial contact with applicants, and ensure a smooth and transparent application process and the associated excellent candidate experience.
You conduct interviews and supervise the onboarding of our new employees.
Maintaining and updating the existing talent pool.
Support with employer branding topics.
Organizing and participating in career events and expanding university collaborations.
Organization of our bi-annual team events.
Preparation and provision of merchandising and communication materials.
Familiarization with and optimization of our existing HR tools.

What you need to succeed
We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position. In any case, this is what you should bring with you:
You are studying business administration, business psychology, or comparable courses of study - ideally with a focus on human resources or you have recently finished your studies.
You can support us five days a week (40h/week).
You are fluent in German and English (other language skills are a plus).
Absolute hands-on mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathetic, and are a good team player.
You have a confident demeanor and a talent for efficiently structured work and multitasking.
