Internship HR & Recruiting*

To further expand the Scanbot team, we are looking for your support in a six-month internship in recruiting for our location in Bonn, Germany. Working together with a seasoned team, you will gain valuable practical experience in HR and directly influence our processes in exciting projects. You will help us screen applications, optimize our HR tools, organize events, and boost Employer Branding.

How you will make an impact

• You screen applications and establish initial contact with our applicants.

• You ensure a smooth, transparent application process to create an excellent candidate experience.

• You conduct interviews and supervise the onboarding of our new employees.

• You maintain and update the talent pool.

• You support us in Employer Branding topics.

• You help us organize our participation in career events and accompany us to them.

• You contribute to the expansion of our university cooperations.

• You help with the organization of our bi-annual team events.

• You prepare merchandise and communication materials.

• You further optimize our existing HR tools

We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.

• You are studying business administration, business psychology, or comparable courses of study – ideally with a focus on human resources – or you have recently finished your studies.

• You can support us five days a week (40h/week).

• You are fluent in German and English (other language skills are a plus).

• Absolute hands-on mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathetic, and are a good team player.

• You have a confident attitude, can structure your work efficiently, and are good at multitasking.
